Authentic bourbon-like whisky aged in virgin American oak barrels, blended with selected malt and grain whisky, offering rich vanilla aroma and fruity flavour with a sweet lingering finish.
A traditional craft known as Nishijin-ori was used to produce the fabric label. This craft originated in the city of Kyoto.
Kyoto Miyako Distillery is the first whiskey distillery in Kyoto, located in Kyotanba Town, central Kyoto Prefecture. Kyotanba Town is located in the Tamba Plateau area and has an excellent natural environment for making whiskey. The Yura River not far from the winery is known as a natural fishing ground and is rich in natural resources.
