• eVouchers can only be used to purchase items from Wine Kin online at www.winekin.com.
• eVouchers are valid only for recipients aged 18 years or older. By using the eVoucher, you confirm you are of legal drinking age in your country of residence.
• At the checkout page, eVoucher recipients must enter the same email address where they received the eVoucher.
• eVouchers are non-transferable and can only be used by the person to whom they are issued.
• eVouchers can be gifted by entering the recipient's email address.
• Only one eVoucher can be redeemed per transaction. Combining eVouchers is not allowed.
• Each eVoucher has a specified expiry date and must be used within this period. No extension of eVouchers is allowed, as expired eVouchers will be automatically invalidated.
• eVouchers are not reusable, exchangeable for cash, or refundable.
• Any unused eVoucher balance will not be refunded.
• Purchases made via eVouchers cannot be refunded. Only one-to-one product exchanges are allowed for defective products. • eVouchers can be used with other promotions on Wine Kin Online.
• Wine Kin is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged eVouchers and will not provide replacements.
• Wine Kin reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold eVouchers and orders suspected of fraud or misuse.
• Wine Kin may change these terms and conditions without prior notice. Updates will be posted on the website.
