TASTING
Golden and pale color, nervous bubble
On the nose, notes of acacia and citrus mingle with spice aromas.
Structure is balanced, fine, long and fruity finish.
WINE PAIRING
Pair it easily with grilled fishes, shellfish and cold cuts
BLEND
50 % Sémillon
30 % Muscadelle
20 % Cabernet Franc
Manual harvest, 2nd fermentation in bottle.
Aged for 12 Months on lattes on underground cellars dug during the XVIIIth century in limestone
