Blend of 2017 to 2015. Mainly Avize Chardonnay with 10% Ambonnay Pinot Noir for colour. Disgorged December 2021. Dosage 10 g/l. Deep, unashamed strawberry pink. Masses of fruit but lots of freshness too. Lots of substance. Quite meaty and impressively long. (JR)
