Chardonnay from Avize, Oger and Les Mesnil-sur-Oger. 50% from 2021, 50% from 2020. Stainless-steel vinfication. 100% malo. Disgorged August 2023. Dosage 2 g/l. This is lovely. It has ripe-fruited naturalness. Russet apples, clementines, gorgeous nutty frame (praline, crushed walnut). Round and generous with a little zizz of lemon sherbet. Everything in place and utterly ‘drink me’ delicious. (TC)
