The plot is located in the Premier Cru Morgeot appellation, in the lieu-dit Les Fairandes, to the south of the village of Chassagne-Montrachet, at the bottom of the slope, before reaching Santenay. The soil is limestone-dominant with more marl than clay. Deep red soils at the bottom of the slope, transitioning to clayey and fine soils at the top. Southeast exposure. Average age of vines: 50 years The deep color reveals a broad, structured, and elegant wine with profound aromas of black cherries and a silky texture.
