Vinous 92-94
The 2021 Saint-Aubin Les Chateniere 1er Cru, whose malo finished earlier than others back in July, is exceedingly complex on the nose with mineral-rich malic scents, intense and beautifully defined, very Puligny-inspired. The palate is well-balanced with a powerful opening, impressive depth and tension, superb mineralite and a bright, again, Puligny-like finish. Superb. [Neal Martin, 05/01/2023]

Westerly exposure on one of St-Aubin s historic Chardonnay sites. Three different parcels with very steep aspect. Cask sample.Mid lemon. Citrus led, with peach and a touch of apricot. Obviously more mature fruit with moderate, brisk acidity. Racy and richer. Long. (MH) [24/10/2022]
