Tasting Notes
Vinous 88
The 2019 Tour Sieujean has more intensity on the nose than out of barrel, offering blackberry, cedar and light graphite aromas and nicely integrated oak. The palate is medium-bodied with a fleshy opening, quite oaky and toasty, with maybe just a touch of brettanomyces toward the finish. This Pauillac can produce great wines, but this edition does not match up to the promise from barrel.
