Les Échansons is the ultimate expression of the Mailly-Champagne terroir. Sourced from a rigorous selection of the oldest vines in the estate’s most prestigious Grand Cru plots, this 2015 vintage is a rare “collector’s” Champagne. It is designed for those who seek the highest level of complexity, structure, and aging potential.
A blend of 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay, this wine undergoes extended aging nearly a decade in the deep chalk cellars to achieve its legendary “symphonic” depth.
The Experience: Majestic and broad-shouldered. A wine of immense “vinous” character that commands attention.
Aromas: A sophisticated and evolving bouquet. Recent reviews (January 2026) note intense layers of dried honey, roasted pineapple, and candied ginger, set against a backdrop of toasted brioche, praline, and a hint of truffle.
Palate: Unctuous and rich. The 2015 vintage delivers a “velvety” texture with a core of baked orchard fruits and citrus confit. Despite its power, it maintains a backbone of vibrant acidity.
