Champagne Camille Bonville is the inspired creation of Olivier Bonville — third-generation grower and winemaker from the prestigious Grand Cru village of Avize. In 2006, alongside the family estate of Franck Bonville, he launched "Camille" as a creative platform to push deeper into the nuances of the Côte des Blancs with a modern, high-definition lens.
Named after his daughter, this label gives Olivier the freedom to select the finest Chardonnay from his network of trusted grower friends across the appellation — vinified with the same precision and artistry that has made the Bonville name legendary in Champagne.

The heart of Camille beats in Avize — a Grand Cru village celebrated for its steep, chalky slopes that impart a signature saline minerality and crystalline tension to the Chardonnay grown there. Olivier's philosophy in both vineyard and cellar is built on one word: transparency. Gravity-led pressing and meticulous temperature control ensure the grape's natural citrus and floral elegance remains entirely untouched.
