The Collector’s Edge
Why purity matters at the fine wine table.
For serious wine drinkers, the TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) of water matters more than most realise. Waters with high mineral counts coat the tongue, clashing with a wine's tannins or masking its most delicate aromatics. EIRA's mineral count of less than 10 makes it one of the softest waters on the planet — a liquid "delete key" for your palate. Between a heavy Cabernet and a crisp Riesling, it clears the slate completely, leaving no salty or metallic residue behind.
At a near-perfect neutral pH of 7.4, EIRA never competes with the acidity of your wine. Its silky, weightless mouthfeel — a direct result of the slow, gravity-fed glacial filtration — means it disappears from the palate rather than lingering. That invisibility is precisely its value: the finest wines deserve the finest reset between sips.
